Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Operations Manager. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and transportation processes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure reliable and efficient transportation services.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Relevant education and experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with logistics software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
