Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at Proactive Global. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and warehouse function, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of goods to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and improve warehouse processes to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Present project proposals and progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably in an E-Commerce and retail environment
- Knowledge of warehouse processes and lean tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
