About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Strategy Specialist to join our team at Deutsche Börse Group. As a key member of our CEO Division, you will play a critical role in developing and managing our sustainable strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate ESG trends and regulatory requirements to inform our sustainability strategy
  • Implement and enhance our sustainability strategy and climate strategy in line with our ESG framework
  • Monitor and report on ESG activities and performance metrics
  • Develop and optimize ESG processes and procedures
  • Prepare ESG reports and presentations for executive management and the board
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Sustainability Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sustainability, strategic management consulting, auditing, or the financial sector
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience in sustainability strategy development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a team and with stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
