Responsibilities:

* Support the acquisition of new clients to grow our international tourism business
* Assist in the conception and implementation of international projects
* Work closely with executives at group and country levels on ongoing business development projects
* Conduct research and prepare materials to win new clients and guide our expansion
* Support day-to-day business in business development and administrative tasks
* Connect with colleagues and partners from all over the world
* Drive your own projects to expand our business
* Work on various internal corporate knowledge management initiatives

Requirements:

* Currently a student in Tourism Management, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* Looking for a mandatory internship, ideally for 6 months
* Demonstrate initiative and forward-thinking in your approach to problem-solving
* Driven, eager to learn, and possess a self-starter mentality
* Highly communicative, creative, and able to work effectively both in teams and independently
* Strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
* Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in German and other languages is a plus
* Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint; experience with design software is an advantage
