**Überblick über die Aufgabenbereiche**
Als Store Manager (m/w/d) bei ONLY Stores bist du für die Geschäftsführung des Shops verantwortlich. Du kennst dich mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen aus und hast große Freude an professionellem, textilen Merchandising. Du hast Spaß daran, ein tolles, homogenes Team aufzubauen und kannst dieses mit Deinem positiven Wesen motivieren.
**Deine Aufgaben**
- **Geschäftsführung des Shops**: Du koordinierst das tägliche Business und bist für die Umsetzung der Präsentationsrichtlinien verantwortlich.
- **Teamentwicklung**: Du entwickelst Dein Team durch Schulung und Anleitung und bist für die effiziente und effektive Personalplanung zuständig.
- **Merchandising**: Du planst und umsetzt die Präsentationsrichtlinien und bist für die wirtschaftliche Shopanalyse verantwortlich.
- **Aktiver Verkauf**: Du bist für den aktiven Verkauf und die Entwicklung von Verkaufsstrategien zuständig.
**Deine Qualifikationen**
- **Kaufmännische Ausbildung**: Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und einschlägige Erfahrungen im Bereich des textilen Einzelhandels.
- **Führungsqualitäten**: Du hast Führungsqualitäten und hohe soziale Kompetenz und bist ein Teamplayer mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- **Merchandising-Kenntnisse**: Du hast großes Interesse an Mode und Trends und bist mit dem Microsoft Office-Paket vertraut.
