ONLY Stores ist ein Unternehmen, das sich auf die Verkauf von Textilien spezialisiert hat. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Store Manager, der unsere Filiale in Siegen leiten kann.

**Aufgaben**

Als Store Manager bist du für die Geschäftsführung des Shops verantwortlich. Du solltest dich mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen auskennen und Freude an professionellem, textilen Merchandising haben. Du solltest Spaß daran haben, ein tolles, homogenes Team aufzubauen und dieses mit deinem positiven Wesen motivieren.

**Deine Aufgabenbereiche**

  • die Koordination des täglichen Geschäfts
  • (Weiter-)Entwicklung Deines Teams durch Schulung und Anleitung
  • Merchandising – Umsetzung der Präsentationsrichtlinien
  • Planung der Aktivitäten im Shop
  • effiziente und effektive Personalplanung
  • wirtschaftliche Shopanalyse
  • aktiver Verkauf

**Deine Qualifikationen**

Um als Store Manager bei uns zu arbeiten, solltest du:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung haben
  • einschlägige Erfahrungen im Bereich des textilen Einzelhandels haben
  • Faible für Zahlen und gutes kaufmännisches Verhalten/Denken haben
  • Führungsqualitäten und hohe soziale Kompetenz haben
  • großes Interesse an Mode und Trends haben
  • Teamplayer und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten haben
  • mit dem Microsoft Office-Paket vertraut sein
