Financial Analyst II

Gentherm is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the business unit. This includes preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve financial performance.

• Prepare financial reports and analysis for the business unit
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Make recommendations to improve financial performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• 5 years of financial experience, including accounting and financial analysis
• ERP/Data Analytics implementation experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Cross-functional team player

• CPA certification
• Certified Accountant
• Six Sigma Certification; Lean foundation
• Knowledge of systems: Microsoft Navision, LucaNet, Blackline, Business Objects
