Job Title: Financial Analyst II

Gentherm is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst II to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis and planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA certification.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and policies.
