Job Title: Guest Service Associate at REWE

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Associate to join our team at REWE Rahmati Markt in Cologne. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and providing exceptional customer service at the checkout and sales areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting cashier transactions accurately and ensuring proper handling of the scanner register.
  • Assisting the Market Manager in daily operations when they are not available.
  • Stocking merchandise with a focus on quality and completeness.
  • Engaging customers with friendly service and expert advice.
Requirements:
  • Ideal candidate should have a background in the retail industry or relevant experience.
  • Passion for retail and customer interaction.
  • Strong customer focus, communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility.
