About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our new store opening in August 2024. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their queries
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product promotions
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • Previous retail sales experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
