About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist in Real Estate Financing to join our team at Ziegert Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of our financial structuring on a company and project level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial analysis to improve our financial structuring on a company and project level
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align financial requirements
  • Negotiate and finalize financial agreements for real estate projects
  • Manage existing financial relationships with Treasury team members, including ongoing information provision, interest and repayment control, interest extension, and optimization of collateral and ratings
  • Develop and maintain a network of financial partnerships
  • Prepare presentations for financial partnerships and senior management

About You

We are looking for a highly qualified professional with a strong background in finance, preferably with experience in commercial mortgage financing. Your skills and experience should include:

  • A successful university degree, ideally with a focus on finance
  • Several years of experience in the financial sector, preferably with experience in financial structuring for commercial real estate financing
  • An analytical, structured, and efficient working style with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, self-confidence, and professionalism, with a high level of customer and result orientation, as well as negotiation skills
  • A combination of teamwork and independent working style
  • A passion for continuous learning and development
  • Excellent German and English language skills
