Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Recyda GmbH. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering a thriving workplace culture and driving employee engagement while making a positive impact on the planet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR databases and systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Ensure the company's HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with German labour laws and regulations.
- Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, taxes, and other deductions.
- Collaborate with the finance department to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, employee satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ~5+ years of work experience as an HR Manager, HR Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- ~ Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations in Germany.
- ~ Proven experience in payroll management and HR administration.
- ~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (native or advanced professional experience) and English.
