Our innovative software-as-a-service solution is transforming the industry, and we're looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with German labour laws and regulations, managing the payroll process, and collaborating with the finance department to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage HR databases and systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
- Ensure the company's HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with German labour laws and regulations
- Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, taxes, and other deductions
- Collaborate with the finance department to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, employee satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- ~5+ years of work experience as an HR Manager, HR Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment
- ~ Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations in Germany
- ~ Proven experience in payroll management and HR administration
- ~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (native or advanced professional experience) and English
