Job Opportunity at Bosch Sensortec

We are seeking a talented PreMaster to join our innovative team at Bosch Sensortec headquarters, where you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge Mixed-Signal ICs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop analog and digital circuits tailored for sensor ASICs
  • Perform simulations and tests to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Develop and execute test programs for ASIC verification
  • Validate ASIC designs in laboratory environments and evaluate real silicon results
  • Apply data science methods to analyze large datasets from ASIC characterization
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital IC design principles and methodologies
  • Experience in ASIC design flow (Cadence Virtuoso, VHDL), laboratory equipment, or data science (Python, Tableau)
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential - knowledge of German is advantageous
  • Bachelor degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
About the Bosch PreMaster Program:

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. The program offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts, followed by a Master's course and further practical experience in the context of student employment.
