PreMaster Program

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PreMaster to join our Manufacturing Technology department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, cost, and delivery of our suppliers throughout the product life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on actual projects and topics to gain hands-on experience in a semiconductor fabless company
- Independently work on topics with consultation and guidance from our diverse team of experts
- Evaluate manufacturing concepts in early development phase with focus on design for manufacturability and suitability for high volume manufacturing
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in an international environment and act as an interface between external suppliers and internal functions
- Communicate requirements and results effectively across all hierarchies internally, with external suppliers, and customers
Requirements:
- Self-driven and structured approach while executing tasks
- Strong analytical thinking and engineering fundamentals
- Previous experience in semiconductor/MEMS advantageous
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, manufacturing engineering, or comparable field of study
About the Bosch PreMaster Program:
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. The program offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts.
