Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join our team at Fraunhofer FIT. As a Research Associate, you will be part of our interdisciplinary teams working on innovative solutions for current challenges in various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct applied research and projects in our different departments, including Digital Energy, Digital Health, Digital Sustainability, and more.
- Collaborate with our scientists and engineers to develop innovative solutions for real-world problems.
- Contribute to the development of new technologies and methods, and explore their potential applications.
- Work closely with our teams to identify and pursue new research opportunities.
- Present research findings and results to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong passion for application-oriented science and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to take occasional (inter)national business trips and to represent your group at conferences or in committees.
