Job Description

As a Treasury Specialist at Michael Page, you will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow and working closely with the trading and management teams. Your main tasks will include cash management, searching for local issuers, acquiring investors, and developing new financial products and strategies in collaboration with the central office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the trading team on liquid asset management and asset liability management
  • Perform quarterly and annual tasks in the cash management area
  • Search for local issuers to acquire funds in the domestic and international market
  • Contribute to the development of new financial products (New Product Process - NPP)
  • Acquire potential investors for the new bond sector in close collaboration with the head office
  • Collaborate with the management team on treasury topics, market forecasts, and business strategy development
  • Regularly report to the management board and the central office
Requirements
  • Completed business or mathematics degree or equivalent education
  • Relevant work experience in the treasury field, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, bank processes, and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Excellent IT skills, treasury management systems
  • Quick understanding, independent, and analytical working style
  • Team player, goal-oriented communication, confident appearance
  • Fluent German and English skills
