Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Specialist to join our team at the Bank of Communications Frankfurt Branch. As a key member of our Treasury Department, you will be responsible for managing our daily currency position, cash flow, and forecasting for various currencies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily currency position, cash flow, and forecasting for various currencies
- Monitor local liquidity indicators such as LCR/NSFR
- Operate in various financial market businesses including money markets, bond investments, and foreign exchange trading
- Quote on asset-side businesses, financial market investments, and liability-side financing operations
- Manage counterparty limit reporting and exposure
- Maintain and manage existing interbank counterparty due diligence processes and documentation
- Develop and maintain internal regulations documents, procedure documents, and operational manuals for the Treasury Department
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Treasury function/role
- Familiarity with financial markets and major asset classes, with knowledge and proficiency in Bloomberg/Refinitiv
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and team spirit
- Fluency in oral and written German and English
- Work in a small, flexible team with opportunities to learn about all aspects of the bank business
- Work experience in a multilingual, international bank
