About the Position

We are seeking a highly qualified Economics Assistant Professor to join our faculty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, curriculum development, and service to the college community. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in economics or a related field, with a strong commitment to student retention, success, and completion.

Responsibilities
  • Teach economics courses at the college level
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with college goals and objectives
  • Provide academic advising and support to students
  • Participate in college-wide initiatives and committees
  • Stay current with developments in the field of economics and incorporate best practices into teaching and curriculum development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in economics or a related field
  • 18 graduate hours in economics and a Master's degree
  • Experience in teaching and curriculum development
  • Strong commitment to student retention, success, and completion
  • Ability to work in a participatory and collegial setting
