Tallahassee Community College is a dynamic and growing comprehensive community college located in Tallahassee, Florida. The College partners with Florida State University and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University to provide greater opportunities for students, faculty, and surrounding communities. Additionally, TCC collaborates with area businesses and organizations to meet local workforce needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Instruction: Teach economics courses to students at the college level.
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of economics curriculum and programs.
  • Service: Participate in college-wide initiatives and committees.
  • Support: Collaborate with colleagues to support college policies and procedures.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching and learning.
Requirements

A Master's degree in economics or 18 graduate hours in economics and a Master's degree are required. Alternatively, a Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or Government Studies with 18 graduate hours in the same field and a Master's degree are also acceptable.
