Job Description
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and support distributors/local agents in dedicated BAUs, providing technical support, data, and sales reports as needed.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to customer orders/accounts and provide knowledge on contractual topics, risk evaluation, and export control.
  • Built and maintain strong relationships with the EagleBurgmann Sales Headquarter and Senior Sales Director in local entities across the western hemisphere.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in sales & distribution, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience working in an outdoor or indoor sales-related position, with distributor experience being advantageous.
  • Profound basic technical and product knowledge, as well as technical sealing know-how.
  • Proficiency in machinery and processes, as well as basic business administration knowledge – a sales-related MBA would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction to establish and maintain trustful relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills and a strong hands-on mentality, as well as strategic, conceptual thinking, and analytical ability.
  • Extensive experience working in a cross-cultural environment combined with the willingness to travel internationally.
What We Offer

As a Senior Sales Strategist at EagleBurgmann, you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
