We are a leading provider of advanced sealing solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in distributor management and sales strategy development.
Job OverviewThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on a key role in driving business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
Job Description- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.
- Manage and support distributors/local agents in dedicated BAUs, providing technical support, data, and sales reports as needed.
- Troubleshoot problems related to customer orders/accounts and provide knowledge on contractual topics, risk evaluation, and export control.
- Built and maintain strong relationships with the EagleBurgmann Sales Headquarter and Senior Sales Director in local entities across the western hemisphere.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in sales & distribution, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience working in an outdoor or indoor sales-related position, with distributor experience being advantageous.
- Profound basic technical and product knowledge, as well as technical sealing know-how.
- Proficiency in machinery and processes, as well as basic business administration knowledge – a sales-related MBA would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction to establish and maintain trustful relationships with key stakeholders.
- Leadership skills and a strong hands-on mentality, as well as strategic, conceptual thinking, and analytical ability.
- Extensive experience working in a cross-cultural environment combined with the willingness to travel internationally.
As a Senior Sales Strategist at EagleBurgmann, you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
