Responsibilities

Handle and manage distributors / local agent in dedicated BA/ (provide technical support, data and sales reports, keep you and distributors informed on new product launches) Management skills to identify and keep up with sales trends and improve implemented sales strategies, create and implement targeted sales strategies and develop new business ideas Support with troubleshooting problems e.g. with customer orders / accounts and provide knowledge about contractual topics, risk evaluation and export control Build and maintain a strong relationship with the EagleBurgmann Sales Headquarter and Senior Sales Director in the local entities across the western hemisphere

Qualifications

University degree in sales & distribution, industrial engineering or similar > 5 years of experience working in an outdoor or indoor sales-related position – distributor experience will be of advantage Profound basic technical and product knowledge and technical sealing know-how Proficiency in machinery and processes and basic business administration knowledge – sales related MBA would be of advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction to establish an maintain a trustful relationship with key stakeholders Leadership skills and a strong hand-on mentality as well as strategic, conceptual thinking and analytical ability Extensive experience working in a cross-cultural environment combined with the willingness to travel internationally
