Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading our cybersecurity efforts and promoting a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and Detect Anomalies: Analyze integrated security system logs in SIEM (Splunk) to identify and respond to potential security threats.
- Review Security Requirements: Ensure that all employees who are about to leave the company have their security permissions and access controls reviewed and updated.
- Conduct Regular Security Analysis: Prepare and present regular security analysis reports to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for enhancing enterprise security.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Cybersecurity Trends: Analyze and stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats, and communicate this information to stakeholders across the organization.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist who is passionate about security and has a strong background in IT security. You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in planning, implementing, and managing information security programs and strategies, including policy development, risk management, and incident response.
- Experience with SIEM: You will have experience with System Log Analysis with SIEM and be able to analyze and respond to security threats in real-time.
- Strong Analytical Skills: You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review security requirements, assess vulnerabilities, and recommend appropriate security controls and countermeasures.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate security risks, recommendations, and findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
