Information Security Risk and Awareness Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Risk and Awareness Specialist to join our EU Security Management Team at Hyundai Motor Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and managing Precaution Security Activities, conducting online and offline training for Hyundai Motor Europe / National Sales Companies (NSCs), and assessing security levels in NSCs to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute regular precautionary security campaigns to mitigate risks in advance
  • Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for internal stakeholders
  • Oversee European subsidiaries to ensure they adhere to strategic guidelines and manage their security status
  • Manage security risk levels for each subsidiary by defining indicators from qualitative and quantitative perspectives
  • Establish and manage IT security budget plans to enhance corporate IT security
  • Contribute to effective response in cyber security incidents and gather information for incident response
  • Manage the implementation progress of risks identified during market audits
About You
  • Hold a degree in IT management or business administration
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Information Security
  • Be detail-oriented with effective communication skills for various stakeholders
  • Have a basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, as well as familiarity with common security tools and technologies
  • Be able to assess and manage security risks, and have competence in managing and coordinating security projects
  • Have skills in communicating security information to various stakeholders, and be able to analyze security data and metrics
  • Be flexible to adapt to changing security needs and have attention to detail in all security-related tasks
