We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Senior Convention Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Gorgeous Smiling Hotels. As a key member of our Convention Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in our hotel's offerings and develop strategic plans to increase sales and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the MICE Sales Team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
