**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
