Job Title: Commercial Operations Manager - Wind Parks

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the commercial management of wind parks and drive strategic development in the sector. Key responsibilities include overseeing cash management across wind park projects, handling specialized topics, and preparing decision-making documents. The successful candidate will also manage contractual obligations associated with commercial wind park operation, engage with customers and investors, and optimize work processes in the commercial area.

  • Lead the financial and operational aspects of wind park projects
  • Manage cash flow in coordination with projects
  • Handle specific topics and prepare decision-making documents
  • Communicate with customers and investors
  • Optimize work processes in the commercial area
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses on project performance
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and service providers
  • Manage all financing matters and integrated financial planning
  • Oversee the commercial management of the service department to ensure wind park efficiency and support maintenance activities

Requirements

  • Background in commercial management of energy generation or distribution facilities
  • Experience in contract management
  • Strong understanding of legal, tax, and technical aspects
  • Leadership experience and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work with complex legal and economic structures
  • Advanced Excel skills and IT proficiency
