About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Operations Manager at eno energy GmbH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the commercial operations of our wind park projects, driving business growth, and ensuring the financial success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial operations of our wind park projects, including financial management, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Manage and optimize cash flow, working closely with our finance team to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of wind park projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and present regular reports and analyses to senior management and the board of directors.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Oversee the financial planning and management of our asset management activities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial operations, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
