Senior Recruiter (m/w/d) für internationale Expansion

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Recruiter, der unsere internationale Expansion unterstützen möchte. Als Teil unseres europäischen Recruitment-Teams wirst du aktiv Talente finden und rekrutieren, um unsere Geschäftsziele zu erreichen.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Beratung und strategische Unterstützung für unsere Hiring Manager
  • Talente (technisch, kommerziell und operativ) für unser deutsches Geschäft in diesem hochkompetitiven und schnelllebigen Sektor zufinden
  • Daten- und prozessgesteuert arbeiten und die Aktivität von Kandidaten und Pipeline in unserem ATS (Workday) und LinkedIn Recruiter verfolgen
  • Diverse aktive Pipeline aufbauen, indem Du kreative direkte Beschaffungsmethoden verwendest, einschließlich Online-Proaktivbeschaffung und Empfehlungen
  • Führen für Auswahl- und Bewerbungsgesprächen, sowie Weitergabe der Kandidatenempfehlungen an Hiring Manager
  • Angebotsprüfung und -verhandlung vorantreiben
Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Stakeholder-Management ist für diese Rolle entscheidend
  • Erfahrung in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern während Phasen des Geschäftswachstums
  • Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung in einem schnelllebigen und dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld
  • Fließend Deutsch und beherrschst Englisch auf Geschäftsniveau
