Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aggreko
Aggreko, a global leader in energy solutions, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance their recruitment efforts. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting top talent to support the company's growth. As part of the European Recruitment Team, you will work closely with Hiring Managers to develop a diverse candidate pool and manage the selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Hiring Managers in identifying and recruiting high-quality candidates for the German market.
- Monitor candidate activity and maintain the pipeline in the ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Oversee the selection and interview processes.
- Facilitate offer reviews and negotiations.
- Engage in international continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in stakeholder management during periods of business growth.
- Background in recruitment within a dynamic international setting.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in business-level English.
- Knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
