Product Coach

We are seeking an experienced Product Coach to join our team at Verivox GmbH. As a Product Coach, you will play a crucial role in facilitating our product discovery efforts, converging them with efficient product delivery to develop inspiring and successful products that our customers love.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate our product discovery efforts based on a holistic business model- and innovation-driven mindset.
- Operatively support teams in undertaking discoveries to get from idea to output over to impact.
- Keep track of all running discoveries and ideas, organizing Discovery Circle activities to ensure the best results for the company.
- Help product teams focus on generating impact rather than only output by creating value for our customers, while never losing sight of our company goals and strategy.
- Identify key drivers for an agile mindset and develop strategies to promote them within the company.
- Create, validate, and challenge ideas by applying diverse methods, principles, and tools in Lean Startup, Design Thinking, etc.
- Moderate workshops and learning sessions around topics such as product discovery, customer journey, and story mapping, etc.
Your Profile
We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager and Scrum Master/Agile Coach with a proven track record of shipping and quickly iterating impactful products. You should have:
- Profound experience in product management across the full product development lifecycle.
- Proven knowledge of product discovery methods and techniques such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup.
- A strong coaching and people development ability to train, mentor, and enable others to apply them in the right moment.
- Deep experience working with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative data to take informed decisions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to help make the right decisions that will ultimately lead your team to a successful product.
- A servant Leadership and people-first mentality.
- Fluency in German and English.
