Job Purpose/Role

Allianz Consulting is a leading internal consulting division of the Allianz Group, established in 2004. Our experienced consulting teams support Allianz operating entities worldwide in developing key strategic projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end client engagements within project deadlines, including deliverables, problem resolution, and stakeholder management, supported by Allianz Consulting's strong community of experts.
  • Develop thought leadership and build Allianz Consulting solutions while identifying opportunities for new business and supporting pitches.
  • Ensure adequate personal development of colleagues through mentoring.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in core insurance with a focus on claims operations and management or consultancy with a focus on claims (P&C or L&H).
  • Solid experience in project management in several roles, settings, and methods.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and WebEx.
  • Well-developed presentation, facilitation, and conflict management skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, German is a plus, and other languages are an asset.

Desired Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • First experience in change management, quality management, integration, and re-organization.
  • Understanding of business process design, mapping, analysis, mining, and re-engineering.
  • Fundamentals of business case design.
  • International work experience (minimum 6 months).
