  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie relevante Erfahrung in der Büroorganisation und Teamkoordination
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
  • Hohe Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität und Organisationstalent
  • Teamorientierte Denkweise mit strukturierter und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für Schmuck- und Lifestyle-Produkte

Ihre Mission:

  • Organisation des internationalen Visual Merchandising-Teams von THOMAS SABO
  • Koordination der Dekorationsmaterialien und Ausstellungsdisplays (Bedarfsabfragen, Erstellung von Bedarfslisten, saisonale Planung, Bestellabwicklung)
  • Unterstützung bei der Akquise und Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Erstellung von Korrespondenz und Informationsmaterialien in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Pflege und Überwachung des Dekorations- und Schmuckbestands
  • Durchführung klassischer Assistenzaufgaben wie Berichtskontrolle, Organisation von Meetings, Rechnungsprüfung und Ablage
