Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung in der Büroorganisation und Teamkoordination
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität und hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Teamorientierte Denkweise mit einer strukturierten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an Schmuck- und Lifestyle-Produkten

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination des internationalen Visual Merchandising-Teams von THOMAS SABO
  • Management der Dekorationsmittel und Displays (Bedarfsabfragen, Erstellung von Bedarfslisten, saisonale Planung, Abwicklung von Bestellungen)
  • Unterstützung bei der Akquise und Pflege von Lieferanten
  • Erstellung von Korrespondenz und Informationsmaterialien in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Überwachung und Pflege des Dekorations- und Schmuckbestands
  • Durchführung klassischer Assistenzaufgaben wie Berichtskontrolle, Organisation von Meetings, Rechnungsprüfung und Ablage
