Consultant (m/w/d) for Private, Commercial, and Corporate Customers

Your Responsibilities:

  • Active approach to new and existing customers,
  • Customer care and support within the framework of a holistic consulting approach,
  • Identifying customer needs and cross-selling opportunities,
  • Maintenance and expansion of existing and establishment of new business relationships,
  • Representation of Volksbank Chemnitz eG as a service-oriented and customer-focused company in the public sphere.


Your Profile:

  • Degree in banking or a related field, advanced business education desirable,
  • Several years of experience in customer consulting, preferably in private or commercial banking,
  • You value long-term, trusting relationships with customers,
  • You have in-depth knowledge of investment and/or private and commercial credit business,
  • You possess initiative, engagement, and sales skills, as well as a confident, convincing, and friendly demeanor,
  • You work independently, but also engage actively in team collaboration,
  • You are willing to continue your education and professional development.
