Consultant (m/w/d) for Private, Commercial, and Corporate Customers
Your Responsibilities:
- Active approach to new and existing customers,
- Customer care and support within the framework of a holistic consulting approach,
- Identification of customer needs and cross-selling strategies,
- Maintenance and expansion of existing and establishment of new business relationships,
- Representation of Volksbank Chemnitz eG as a service-oriented and customer-focused company in the public sphere.
Your Profile:
- Degree in banking or a related field, advanced business education desirable,
- Several years of experience in customer consulting, preferably in private or commercial banking,
- You live a trusted, fair, and long-term relationship with your customers,
- You have in-depth knowledge of investment and/or private and commercial credit business,
- Initiative, engagement, and sales skills are just as important as a confident, convincing, and friendly demeanor,
- You work independently, but also engage in team efforts,
- You are willing to continue your education.
