We create innovative products that enhance gaming experiences while promoting healthy habits. As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll lead multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitch, and Amazon, driving success in both new and existing markets.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Data-Driven Strategy Development: Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, continuously analyzing KPIs like conversion rate and ROAS to refine tactics and maximize ROI.
- Multichannel Campaign Leadership: Spearhead performance marketing across platforms, innovating strategies to drive growth in both German and English-speaking markets.
- Creative Content Development: Work closely with the creative team and external agencies to produce compelling content enhancing campaign effectiveness and maintaining brand alignment across all channels.
Your Profile
- You have 5+ years in performance marketing, preferably within e-commerce or related industries.
- You're not just about execution; you can see the bigger picture and develop strategies that propel the company forward.
- You're data-driven and also have a flair for creativity, crafting engaging campaigns that stand out.
- You excel at coordinating projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- You're adept at navigating various advertising platforms, and at adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- You have experience managing campaigns across different countries, with an understanding of localization and cultural nuances.
- Fluency (C1 or better) in German and English is essential; additional European languages are a bonus.
What We Offer
- A Competitive Salary Package: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
