International Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Krombacher Brauerei Bernhard Schadeberg GmbH & Co. KG.
Responsibilities:- Broaden and develop strong relationships with existing distributors in targeted markets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with distributors within and outside of Europe
- Develop commercial strategies, sales plans, and activation plans, as well as define customers' annual targets
- Take responsibility for designated sales channels
- Train, support, inspire, and engage the sales team of distributors to make them Krombacher ambassadors
- Implement annual sales plans, promotional, and activation plans, as well as customer incentive programs together with local distributors
- Manage Krombacher brand visibility in point-of-sale locations together with local distributors
- Lead and implement agreed Krombacher brand positioning together with central marketing
- Discover, negotiate, and activate local flagship and premium outlets
- Manage and implement brands marketing- & Trade marketing projects locally together with central marketing and local distributors
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completed business studies and 3 to 5 years of professional sales experience in a beer company, with a focus on the on-trade channel
- Experience working with a premium brand is desirable, as well as international experience
- Advanced analytical skills, with an interest in data-driven work and experience using relevant sources and tools
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong customer focus, with a passion for building lasting relationships with people
- An entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- A high level of self-motivation, engagement, and resilience, as well as openness to progressive change and innovation
- An independent work approach and flexibility
- Dynamism and proactivity, target-driven, and solution-oriented
- A clear, confident, and passionate communication and presentation style
- The ability to motivate and influence others
- Fluent language skills in German and English, with good knowledge of one other European language
- A beer sommelier degree or draught technical skills would be advantageous
- A willingness to travel frequently and spend regular time at our brewery's headquarters
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be between €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
