About the Job

As a Senior Strategy professional, you will be part of Danone's team, working with successful brands like Alpro, Volvic, and more. Your key responsibilities will include strategic business partnering with a category team to ensure strategies and initiatives are grounded in deep insight and foresight. You will lead research and analytics projects to uncover diverse insights and unearth growth potential for Danone. Additionally, you will proactively identify and drive insight-based business opportunities into brand and category plans. Your role will also involve developing and executing effective learning plans to identify consumer needs, pains, and gains and translate them into actionable business recommendations. You will align, influence, and co-create insight and foresight agendas with regional and global teams.


About You
  • Master's degree in market research, marketing, psychology, or sociology
  • 6+ years of client-side experience in insights/market research in consumer goods, preferably food, health care, and/or baby categories
  • Proven track record of mastering research, insights, and analytics methodologies and tools
  • Confidence and comfort challenging the status quo
  • Fluent in English and German
