We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP HCM professional to join our team at RHI Magnesita. As a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude, you will bring new ideas to the table and work well in cross-functional teams. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach, and analytical skills, you will proactively seek to improve the status quo and help shape the future of our company.

What We Expect from You

Education, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of the SAP HCM system and experience in Payroll and/or Time Management solutions and their integrations with SAP ERP
  • Knowledge of ABAP programming is highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of SAP Success Factors and/or SAP Concur

Languages

  • English - Proficient/Fluent

Work Experience

  • Several years of experience in SAP HCM environment for international companies
  • Experience in software development
  • Experience in providing support for key and final users, using market standard solutions like IT Service Management solutions such as Solman or ServiceNow
