About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team at RHI Magnesita. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our SAP HCM system, ensuring seamless integration with our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM solutions for international companies
  • Develop and implement software solutions using ABAP programming
  • Provide support for key and final users using IT Service Management solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or similar
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM system and experience in Payroll and/or Time Management solutions
  • Knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP Success Factors
  • Several years of experience in SAP HCM environment for international companies
