Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers on-site, resolving hardware and software issues with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other devices.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Perform hardware repairs, upgrades, and maintenance, managing inventory and assets, and conducting regular audits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and support projects, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Document technical problems, solutions, and customer interactions, generating reports and statistics to monitor service levels and identify trends.
Requirements
  • Completed education or training in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support and solutions in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other common business software.
  • Experience with hardware repairs and maintenance, including desktop computers, laptops, and other devices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Flexibility and mobility to work on-site with customers, as needed.
