About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our PlusOne Infrastructure Engineering Unit, you will be responsible for managing incident and service requests for our cloud solution, working closely with engineers and developers in a multinational DevOps team to provide high-quality support and services to our internal and external customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incident and service requests for SAP's PlusOne cloud solution
  • Collaborate with engineers and developers in a multinational DevOps team
  • Provide high-quality support and services to internal and external customers worldwide
  • Participate in 7/24 infrastructure operations shifts
  • Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents to ensure minimal customer impact

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German and English
  • Experience operating mission-critical cloud infrastructure services 7/24
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
