Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to join our team at SAP. As a Cloud Infrastructure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing incident and service requests for SAP's PlusOne cloud solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incident and service requests for SAP's PlusOne cloud solution
  • Collaborate with engineers and developers in a multinational DevOps team
  • Provide high-quality support and services to internal and external customers worldwide
  • Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal customer impact
  • Participate in 7/24 infrastructure operations shifts
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Experience operating mission-critical cloud infrastructure services 7/24
  • Ability to quickly analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in DevOps
