We are seeking a talented professional to join our growing team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with student recruitment agencies and educational/training providers to expand our network and drive business growth.

- Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approaches to pursue new business opportunities.
- Partnership Building: Engage with potential partners, present our offerings, and negotiate mutually beneficial business deals.
- Enrolment Excellence: Play an active role in assisting the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake, ensuring our goals are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Insights: Analyse customer feedback data to continuously assess the satisfaction level with our products and services, making data-driven improvements.
- Program Management Support: Collaborate with program management team members to maximize student enrolment and program success.
- Training and Development: Host and facilitate business meetings and training sessions for new recruiting partners to ensure alignment with our mission and values.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging business opportunities and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
