Drive Global Marketing Success at Choco
As the Head of Global Marketing, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with Choco's business objectives.
- Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the food distribution sector to inform strategic decisions.
Digital Marketing:
- Utilize data and analytics to continuously test, measure, and iterate on the best channel mix for optimizing growth and ROI.
- Implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize the performance of digital channels.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and implement region-specific lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to create compelling value propositions and marketing collateral tailored to food distributors.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track, nurture, and convert leads.
Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team of in-house professionals and freelancers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor (preferably Master's) degree in marketing, media, communications, or related disciplines.
- 7–10 years proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably including experience from niche industries.
- 3+ years leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent analytical skills and results-driven mindset, with the ability to quantify performance and optimize results effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
