Leica Biosystems, a global leader in cancer diagnostics, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Nussloch, Germany.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide support to associates, managers, and cross-functional teams. This temporary role, covering maternity leave, will be filled either full-time (35 hours/week) or part-time (30 hours/week) for a duration of 12 months.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver individual consulting services to managers and employees
  • Manage local HR processes globally
  • Optimize and standardize HR processes through key performance indicators
  • Assist with time tracking and payroll activities

The ideal candidate will possess a good university degree, 2 years of relevant experience, excellent Excel skills, and proficiency in HR systems, preferably SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, or ATOSS.

A strong understanding of labor law and knowledge of the Collective Agreement for the Metal Industry, including ERA, are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary package, reflecting the high standards of our company. Based on industry benchmarks and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
