About the RoleAs a Data Insights Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop actionable insights through the analysis of metrics, dashboards, and deep dive analyses. You will track existing and emerging abuse vectors, generate insights, define initiatives, and quantify progress using metrics. This involves collaborating with partner teams to define metrics, develop scalable reporting solutions, and provide objective data that informs decision-making.
You will also be responsible for tracking business metrics, partnering with internal program teams to identify root causes of spikes or plummets in key metrics, and carrying out mid-term to long-term projects to improve policies, processes, and tools. Effective communication with data science and engineering teams is essential in this role.
A typical day in this position might involve analyzing data sets, identifying trends, and developing insights that inform business decisions. You may also be involved in cross-team collaborations, presenting findings to stakeholders, and implementing process improvements.
What We OfferAmazon offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
