We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team at CXG, a leading provider of customer experience solutions for luxury brands. As a Luxury Brands Store Experience Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients transform their customer experiences and better understand the luxury-premium markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the customer experience of luxury brands across various touchpoints, including stores, customer service, and websites. Your ultimate goal will be to provide actionable insights to our clients to help them improve their customer experience and stay ahead of the competition.
You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals who will provide you with training and support to help you excel in this position. As a freelancer, you will have the flexibility to work on a variety of projects and missions, and will be paid for each mission you complete successfully.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for the luxury and fashion industry, as well as strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
- Evaluate the customer experience of luxury brands across various touchpoints, including stores, customer service, and websites.
- Follow assigned scenarios and guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent evaluations.
- Pay attention to sales advisors' attitude and behavior, and provide feedback to our clients.
- Fill in and submit online questionnaires to provide detailed insights to our clients.
