Job Title: Balenciaga Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team at Balenciaga Germany GmbH.

About the Role

The Manager will be responsible for promoting brand engagement and loyalty to clients, driving sales and achieving business goals. They will also be accountable for sustaining the brand image, managing the store team, and ensuring compliance with all processes and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
  • Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and execute actions accordingly.
  • Communicate high-quality feedback to HQs/HO and/or store team.
Talent Leadership and Development
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga behaviors.
  • Build trust and rapport with the team, establishing yourself as a strong, fair, and reliable leader.
  • Provide a clear vision of goals for the overall team and individuals.
  • Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
  • Create and monitor development plans for store management and teams, driving professional growth through ongoing training and coaching.
Brand Promotion
  • Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, sustaining and promoting the culture of the brand internally and externally.
  • Ensure Balenciaga Signature and Client Experience are executed and consistent over time.
  • Lead by example, conveying Balenciaga behaviors towards clients.
  • Know clients and prospects to define action plans.
  • Attract and recruit new clients from personal networks and external partners.
  • Develop clienteling mindset and client loyalty and retention from beginners to VICs.
Process Management
  • Ensure all processes are compliant with legal, safety, security, internal requirements, sustainability, and HR guidelines.
  • Align oneself with 'best practice' and coach the team to respect this way of working.
  • Ensure execution of Retail Excellence guidelines in the store.
  • Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock.
  • Challenge and improve current processes, sustaining growth and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
KPIs
  • Business: sales density, conversation rate, UPT, cross-selling rate, transactions.
  • Team: sales productivity, training completion rate, turnover rate, staff satisfaction.
  • Client: local retention rate, CEE.
  • Process: CRM, Omnichannel, back of house.
Requirements
  • Sustained proven experience in a managerial position.
  • Significant sales experience in the luxury retail industry.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing a team.
  • High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
  • Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills.
  • Precise, innovative, organized, adaptable, dynamic.
  • Highly available and responsive with a natural curiosity.
  • Product and Fashion sensitivity.
